What is Cheektopia?

From the time we wake, to the time we sleep, we are spoon fed by large corporations and gatekeepers. This is why I see direct connection as the most crucial new factor of the modern age. In the real world, as well as online, every person communicates in their own form. Cheektopia is a community unique to all others in that it is continually generated by the participants. As Cheeks, I communicate through my video and audio medium in an effort to create a full experience that satisfies every sense. ...reach out, touch faith.

One of my objectives as an artist is to present my point of view in a way that provokes thought and asks questions. Ideally, my work is also a hell of a good time.

Above all else, however, I feel that 'true art' should connect the individuals sharing the experience. In my opinion, that's the difference between art and the rest of it.

The original group of people that resonated with my ideas were here to celebrate me as an artist. To my astonishment and elation, the relationships made here have grown beyond 'fandom' and into a movement of belief, self determination, and freedom.

It is my responsibility to humbly serve as the catalyst that ignites the fire of a vast network of people searching for something to share, something to escape, something to discover. In these times especially, it is becoming more and more apparent by the day that certain 'valued' commodities in our culture are in fact disposable, worthless, and counterproductive to true freedom and happiness. I believe it's important now more than ever to promote unity, laughter, and love.

Though a large amount of what I do requires promoting myself, my number one goal is to highlight concepts that reach far beyond what I am capable of creating as an individual and to ensure that a platform for connectivity is available. My vision is not to lap up my success and become self indulgent in the rewards, but to create a network of like minds that share common interests, ideas, questions, and goals; to stay connected with those people and become the epicenter for the collective consciousness and reflect the ever changing facets of the zeitgeist.

Cheektopia is not a fan club. The face on the flag is me, but it's all incidental to the whole movement. Cheektopia is a community that represents and encourages expression, positivity, and of course, sexy naughtiness.

I hope that in this atmosphere you feel safe to share and create. I truly believe the ideas represented in Cheektopia will only continue to transcend the digital medium and move through all of us into a sparkling reality of love that encompasses every human being.
